1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “Mafia Without Host” (also known as “사회자없는마피아”) (the “App” or “Service”) provided by Aves LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• “Service” refers to the Mafia Without Host app and all related features available on iOS and Android platforms.
• “User” or “you” refers to any individual who installs and uses the App. No account registration is required to use the Service.
• “Paid Service” refers to in-app purchase options that remove advertisements, including subscription-based and one-time purchase options.
• “Content” refers to all text, images, sounds, game data, and other information provided within the Service.

3. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

1. These Terms become effective when made available to you through the App or other means of notice.
2. We may modify these Terms from time to time in compliance with applicable laws. Changes will be posted within the App at least 7 days prior to the effective date. For changes that are disadvantageous to users, we will provide at least 30 days’ prior notice.
3. If you do not agree with any modification, you may stop using the Service and delete the App. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

4. Description of Service

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • A facilitator-free Mafia party game experience
   • Game-assisting features including role assignment, timers, and voting mechanisms
   • Any additional features developed or provided through partnerships
2. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change the Service at any time. We will provide prior notice of significant changes, except for urgent bug fixes or security updates, which may be announced afterward.

5. Use of Service

1. The Service does not require account registration. You may use the App immediately upon installation.
2. Some features may require an active internet connection.
3. The Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in principle. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, updates, or other technical requirements.

6. Advertisements and Paid Services

1. The App may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob as part of its free service.
2. Users may remove advertisements through the following Paid Service options:
   • Monthly Subscription: A recurring monthly payment that removes all advertisements during the active subscription period. The subscription automatically renews each billing cycle.
   • Lifetime Ad Removal (One-Time Purchase): A single payment that permanently removes all advertisements.
3. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchase systems, managed via RevenueCat.
4. Subscription auto-renewal and cancellation can be managed through your device’s app store subscription settings.

7. Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Paid Services are governed by the respective refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the ad-free experience until the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable.
3. The Lifetime Ad Removal purchase, being a digital product, may have limited refund eligibility once the service has been activated. However, refunds mandated by applicable consumer protection laws will be honored.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:

1. Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App
3. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
4. Circumvent or disable the ad-removal functionality through unauthorized means
5. Use automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) to access the Service
6. Violate any applicable laws or these Terms

9. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including content, design, software, and trademarks, belong to the Company.
2. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without the Company’s prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications provider outages.
3. The App is provided as a supplementary tool for offline Mafia games. The Company is not responsible for game outcomes or disputes between users.
4. The Company assumes no liability for the free portion of the Service except where required by applicable law or in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Service Suspension and Termination

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, server upgrades, external factors such as telecommunications outages, or other force majeure events.
2. The Company may permanently terminate the Service due to business discontinuation or other reasons. In such cases, users will be notified through the App at least 30 days prior to the termination date.

12. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the free Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
2. If you violate these Terms and cause damage to the Company, you shall be responsible for compensating the Company for such damage.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service, the Company and the User shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may file a claim with the competent court under applicable law.

14. Miscellaneous

1. Any matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practices.
2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
